How can a function be added to the QuickAccess bar?

Answer

You can open the context menu with a mouse- right click on the icon. 
In that case, it was right clicked on "Create assignment". Then you can choose "Add to Quick Access Toolbar"

Afterwards, you see / find the icon in the upper left corner.
