How can I check whether an order was imported or not?
Often it is the question if the order was provided by the pre-system ( ERP ) or if import job from PTV Route Optimiser ST is running into an error.
Answer
For that question you can use the "Quick search" within PTV Route Optimiser ST.
So the steps are:
(1) open Quick search dialogue
(2) mark the "PTV Route Optimiser ST" button so it is yellow, for checking the RO-ST database.
(3) mark the "PTV Transfer-DB" button so it is yellow, for checking the Transfer-database as well.
(4) enter the Order-Ext-ID ( ID1)
If the order is shown in the Orders-Tab, the order was imported.
In addition, if you are using a transfer database, you can view information (3) from it alongside the order by expanding the row with the plus sign to the left of the “ID1” field:
