In case of problems with the application, it can be necessary to know the patch version. 
So how can you check the patch version of PTV Route Optimiser ST?

Answer

There are two possiblities.
1) Start PTV Route Optimiser ST , click in the "Application ribbon" the "Information" button.


In the 2nd Tab: "Version information" you will find the Program version and the patch number:

2) The 2nd possibility is to look into the installation folder of PTV Route Optimiser ST. 

In that folder there is the file: SmartourVersionInformation.docx which contains the information above.
