Answer

Version Number and Patch Number

To access this information, click the "Information" button:

A window will open. Go to the "Version information" tab:

You see the Version number (2025.1) and the patch number (Patch #09).

Screenshot

A screenshot can say more than a thousand words. For PTV Route Optimiser, we need a screenshot of the entire application.

Example:

We gain much information from such a screenshot, not just about your problem.

1. We see which module you are using
2. If in the planning area, we identify the selected planning area and chosen time frame.
3. We see your settings about planning.
4. We see which parameter-set was used
5. We obtain general information such as the active PTV Route Optimiser user and the database used.

If you get an error, expand the detail window before taking a screenshot or copy the error message. Alternatively, export the application protocol.

Application Protocol

You can export the application protocol:


Open the Application protocol.

Set the FROM/TO date to one day. Click Export. The log will be saved as an XML file, which you can easily email to us.
