Why is a groupage order not created despite a common time interval for all partial orders?

 

Answer

The common time interval might be too short.

In global Options > Preplanning > Groupage order formation, you can adjust the “Minimum opening period for resulting hours” in minutes.

This is usually set to 15 minutes; no groupage order is created if the interval is shorter.
