Symptom

Drive&Arrive will not work any more.

Cause

Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you today of two important matters relating to our Drive&Arrive product.

1. API Endpoint MigrationIn connection with the spin-off of PTV Logistics GmbH as an independent company, the API endpoints used for Drive&Arrive will be updated. Specifically, this concerns the URLs with the domain structure *.ptvgroup.* currently used in API calls. These must be migrated to the new domain structure *.ptvlogistics.* no later than the end of September 2026.Please plan the corresponding adjustment in your systems in good time. Once the migration has been completed successfully, we kindly ask you to send us a brief confirmation so that we can track the migration status on the customer side.Two locations are relevant:

If you are a RouteOptimiser customer and have installed the latest update, this should have already occurred automatically.

In addition, we would like to inform you of an upcoming maintenance window: on Monday, July 13, at 2:00 PM, we will be performing maintenance work on Drive&Arrive. The purpose of this maintenance is to further improve the system's performance, scalability, and stability.Based on current expectations, we do not anticipate any downtime during the maintenance. Get in Contact with your PTV route Optimiser Support.

To fix this, it is necessary to login as system user in PTV Route Optimiser.

Change those settings in global options:
