PTV Route Optimiser ST - Login not possible

You want to login into PTV Route Optimiser ST but it is not possible.
Furthermore, no taskfields are shown.

Answer

If you want to start PTV Route Optimiser ST and within the userlogin dialoge are no Task fields visible, please check if the user or password is correct. The user field is case sensitive and an activated "Caps Lock" can let to the login problem. 

Additional hints

As example, the user name is "Carlo". If you type "CARLO" it will be recogniced as wrong, so Task field list is empty, because with an unknown user there is no access possible. Also not to any Task fields.
