Billing: How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Overview

You can view and download all invoices for your PTV subscription yourself in the PTV Logistics customer portal – at any time, without contacting us.

Steps

1. Open the customer portal: 👉 https://customer-portal.myptv.com/login
2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription and click Send Verification Code.
3. You will receive a verification code by email. Enter this code in the portal.
4. Open your invoices and download the invoice you need as a PDF.
