Here we explain how to access your subscription management “My Subscription,” where you can view your invoices, manage the number of licenses, add additional email addresses for billing, or cancel your subscription.

If you are a subscription holder, you will find your subscription management in the dashboard of your PTV account.
The dashboard will either be displayed immediately after you log in, or, if you are already logged in, click on the menu in the top left corner and select Home.
Click on the “My Subscription” tile in your PTV dashboard.
To update your payment method, follow the instructions in “Billing: How do I change the payment method for my MyPTV product subscription?”
