How do I register for the new portal?
In the upper right corner, you see the link Sign in/ Sign Up. This directs you directly to the login page for the helpdesk portal. If you do not have a login right now, you are able to register here for a new login.
How do I raise a ticket in the helpdesk portal?
You are able to raise a ticket directly on the support page. Just klick on the link "Submit a request".
This will open up a new page, where you directly can set up your question. Please select a product regarding your question and fill in all mandatory fields.
NOTE: As long as you are not logged in to the helpdesk portal, the communication will be available by Email. You are not able to track the status of your ticket. To see this, please login to the helpdesk portal and raise the ticket from your account.
Where do I find my tickets?
To see all of your tickets of the new portal (active and closed) and even those you are only in CC, please click on your account name and select "Requests".
NOTE: HERE you are able to see solutions in old tickets. This is a read only option!
IMPORTANT: The link does not give any KB article to read. Only sign in for old tickets, please.
