PTV Axylog | The driver was assigned a new bordereau but the QrDelivery App still shows the old one as current

A driver is permitted to have only one active mission on their smartphone at any given time. A subsequent mission becomes available for download only upon the completion of the current mission.

Nevertheless, it is feasible to manage drivers’ missions via the Axylog portal by navigating to “Delivery | Management” > “Bordereau”. The following actions can be performed:

1. Deactivate the bordereau. This action will forcibly close the bordereau, regardless of whether it has been completed.
2. Assign the "current" status to a bordereau. This operation designates the selected bordereau as “current and active”. Consequently, the system will send this bordereau to the driver, queuing the previously active bordereau accordingly.
3. Remove the “current” status from a bordereau. This operation temporarily removes the current mission from the driver’s mission list and re-queues it alongside the other missions assigned to the driver.
