To begin with, it is important to acknowledge that the import procedure operates asynchronously. Specifically, the import process may take up to 60 seconds to complete, during which it performs tasks such as mission generation, potential geocoding and the normalization of data.
To verify if any errors occurred during the invocation of the web APIs, including authentication failures or object validation issues within the Axylog platform, please navigate to “Logs & Monitor” -> “API Error Log.”
If no API errors are present, proceed to “Logs & Monitor” -> “Import Export Data Log” to review the data transmitted via the import or export services. Confirm that a log entry for the data acquisition process exists; its presence indicates successful data transfer. Otherwise, it is necessary to ensure that PTV Route Optimiser is configured correctly.
Should the import process log display accurate data, the subsequent step involves verifying the absence of issues during data processing by accessing “Logs & Monitor” -> “Import Export Processing Log.” This section will indicate if your import encountered errors such as:
- Missing mandatory data
- Uncoded warehouse information
- Etc.
If no processing errors are found, the orders have been successfully acquired by the Axylog system.
Orders may not be visible if they fall outside the currently selected time frame. Please attempt to locate your trips by expanding the date range filter accordingly.
