PTV Axylog | How to test Alerts without sending them out

A valuable feature of the PTV-Axylog alert module is the capability to configure the alert workflow in "Test mode".

This implies that the action intended to be executed upon meeting the predefined alert condition will not be carried out.

The sent messages tab will then display the messages that would have been sent as a log entry (thus lacking a sending date).

When the alert is transitioned from "Test mode" to "Production mode", messages generated during "Test mode" will not be transmitted under any circumstances.
