PTV Axylog | How can I send distinct alerts for deliveries completed with reservations citing different reasons?

To issue distinct alerts for deliveries completed with reservations due to different reasons, it is necessary to create two separate alerts, hereinafter referred to as Alert 1 and Alert 2, corresponding respectively to Reason 1 and Reason 2.

When creating Alert 1, select the event type “delivery carried out with reserve” and choose the specific draft (alert template) intended for deliveries completed with reserve due to Reason 1. Upon creating the alert, you must then select the appropriate trigger condition, specifically selecting Reason 1 from the list of available reasons within the trigger conditions.

Similarly, when creating Alert 2, select the event type “delivery carried out with reserve” and choose the specific draft (alert template) intended for deliveries completed with reserve due to Reason 2. After creating the alert, select the appropriate trigger condition as previously described for Alert 1.
