A Service Plan in PTV Developer is a subscription that grants access to PTV Developer APIs. There are two main types:

| Paid | Contracted plan (Personal Contract or higher) | Production |
One account (email address) can hold:
- one Free subscription,
- and one or more Paid subscriptions simultaneously.
This is expected behavior — it is not an error. Multiple Paid subscriptions under the same email are fully supported and correspond to different service plans or usage contexts.
Additions hints
The presence of multiple entries in the subscription overview does not indicate duplicate billing — each subscription is independent. A single user (email) can be associated with multiple Paid subscriptions if needed for organizational or contractual reasons.
