Question 

I want to find only articles which are related to my product. If I enter a word in the search field, a lot of articles are suggested, but some of them are related to other PTV products.

Answer 

Thera are two ways to find articles related to your product:

Searching in product category:

1. Click the "Products" button
   
2. Click your PTV product
3. Select the segment which fits best to your question (e.g. "Questions & Answers", "Troubleshooting")
4. You will see a list of all existing articles in the selected segment
   You can use the browser-search (not the search of the portal!) for finding the article which fits best to your question

Using the search field

Enter the name of your PTV product (e.g. PTV Route Optimiser, PTV Developer).
The top suggested search results will be related to your PTV product.

Of course, you can extend the search with special words.
