If PTV Navigator G2 can't verify a device's license, it shows one of the codes below. Use this table to identify the cause and the next step.
| Error Code | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 001 | The license key could not be verified. | Check that you have a working internet connection. |
| 002 | The license key could not be verified because the license server is not reachable. | Try again later. |
| 003 | The license key could not be verified because the license server returned an internal error. | Try again later. |
| 004 | The license key is unknown. | Check if you entered the key correctly. |
| 005 | The license key has expired. | Enter a valid license key. |
| 006 | All licenses for this license key are already in use. | Try again later, or ask your administrator to increase your number of licenses. |
| 007 | The license for your device is blocked. | Contact your administrator. |
| 008 | The license has not been checked yet. | Retry the license check. |
